Function

The vibrating rod of VEGAVIB is energized by a piezo crystal and it vibrates at a fixed amplitude. If the vibrating rod is covered by product, the amplitude change is detected by the integral electronics and converted into a switch signal. The switching condition is visible from outside via a two colour LED. No special adjustments are required to set up VEGAVIB S 61.

Area of application

VEGAVIB S 61 is used as a level switch in free flowing powders, granulates and coarse grained solids and detects reliably and accuray when a point level is reached. The optimum rod design avoids jamming and buildup of bulk solid material. It is ideal as a high or low level switch in a vessel detecting foodstuffs, perishable or granulate materials,which could be retained in a fork solids level probe.

功能

VEGAVIB 的振動(dòng)桿由壓電晶體激發(fā), 并以固定振幅振動(dòng)。如果振動(dòng)桿被產(chǎn)品覆蓋, 則通過整體電子學(xué)檢測振幅變化并轉(zhuǎn)換成開關(guān)信號(hào)。開關(guān)情況從外面是可看見的通過LED指示燈顯示。設(shè)置 VEGAVIB S 61 不需要進(jìn)行特殊調(diào)整。

VEGAVIB S 61 在自由流動(dòng)的粉末、顆粒和粗粒固體中被用作電平開關(guān), 并在達(dá)到點(diǎn)水平時(shí)進(jìn)行可靠和準(zhǔn)確的檢測。*桿設(shè)計(jì)避免了大塊固體材料的干擾和堆積。它是理想的作為一個(gè)高或低電平開關(guān)的船舶檢測食品, 易腐或粒材料, 這可以保留在一個(gè)叉子固體水平探頭。
